How a cohort actually runs.

Listen.

A 45-minute call with whoever owns the people problem. We ask uncomfortable questions and write everything down.

Diagnose.

A short, anonymous read of the team. We map where stress lives, what’s normalised, and what’s quietly costing you.

Deliver.

Live sessions in your office. Practice, not slides. Each module ends with a single thing the team agrees to try this week.

Stay.

A quiet check-in at week six and twelve. We don’t disappear with the invoice — we want to see if it stuck.
